LETS TALK POLICIES

Policies are NOT personal. They are simply in place to protect the very valuable time of the service provider. This is a gentle reminder of the policies in place at Beauty by Haley Morgan that I kindly ask you to abide by:

-A confirmation text is sent to your phone immediately after booking an appointment. A reminder text is also sent 24 hours prior your scheduled appointment. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment, I respectfully require at least 24 hours prior notice so that another client may use that time slot.

If you fail to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the services booked
If you no show, you will be charged 100% of the services booked

-If you arrive late, I will not be able to extend your appointment time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, I will have to reschedule your appointment.

-If you are not happy with your lashes, I will happily fix them within 3 days of your last appointment. I do not offer refunds.

-I will not work on lashes from another salon. You must come to your appointment with a bare face.

-Please thoroughly remove all makeup/debris from your eyes before coming to your appointment. Lashes must be clean and oil free upon arrival. I am unable to properly adhere lash extensions on lashes that have makeup/debris buildup. In serious cases, failure to clean your lashes can lead to irritation and infection. I offer lash shampoo for sale.

If you feel you cannot abide by the above policies, I ask that you do not book services with me.
